§ 1
The following Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions” defines rules for the provision of services by PHP MARENGO s.c. based in Kraków 31-346, ul. Wieniawskiego 39 hereinafter referred to as Marengo.
§ 2
Newsletter service includes sending e-mails on Digital Signage Trends Conference by Marengo to the address e-mail specified by user. By concluding an agreement with Marengo for provision the Newsletter service, the user provides his e-mail address specified in the registration form to receive e-mail messages referred to abovementioned paragraphs.
§ 3
The Newsletter service is free of charge.
§ 4
The Newsletter service may be used by each person who provides his e-mail address on www.digitalsignagetrends.pl website in a section related to Newsletter, then clicks “Submit” button. Clicking the “Submit” button results in sending specified e-mail address to Marengo and means accepting Newsletter Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and results in acceptance of offer submitted by Marengo which is tantamount to agreement for the use of the Newsletter service.

Marengo informs that each Newsletter constitutes works within the meaning of the Act of 4th of March 1994 on Copyrights and Related Rights (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2006, No.: 90 item 631 as amended).

The agreement for the use of Newsletter service was is concluded for an unlimited period of time.

The user has the right to terminate an agreement for the use of Newsletter service. The termination has immediate effect. To use the Newsletter service it is necessary to have access to the Internet and to have an e-mail address, but it is not necessary to meet specific technical requirements except having a standard operation system and standard internet browser.
§ 9
All complaints should be submitted to the e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., directly by mail to the Marengo address provided in Terms and Conditions or in person at the Marengo headquarters. In the complaint, you should provide the personal details of the claimant, which are required to send back information about the result of the complaint and a description of what irregularities in the Newsletter service provided by Marengo were. Marengo will investigate the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§ 10
During the use of the Newsletter service it is forbidden to provide unlawful content, in particular in correspondence with Marengo or in the registration form. Commencement of the Newsletter service will take place immediately after the conclusion of the agreement for the use of the Newsletter service, to which the user agrees.
